All Fiocco Jewelry products are made of the precious metal 925 sterling silver.

The gold-colored and rose gold-colored products have multiple 18K real gold plating. The silver-colored pieces of jewelry have a multiple rhodium plating. Thanks to the multiple precious metal plating, the pieces of jewelry do not tarnish as quickly if they are cared for well.

Rhodium is a precious metal in the platinum family. It gives the jewelry a platinum jewelry character. This increases the quality of the products.

The beautiful white color of the rhodium coating gives the stones more brilliance and impact.
The natural color of silver is rather grayish.

The coating also helps prevent the jewelry from tarnishing/darkening so quickly.

NEW: from now on we also offer the ring sizer for precisely determining a size.

All chains except the Stella chain are 38.0 cm long with an extension chain of 7.0 cm.

The Stella chain is also 38.0 cm long with a 10.0 cm extension chain.

All rings are available in five different ring sizes, from 48 to 60.

If you don't know your ring size, please take a look at our size guide or order the ring sizer.

The Stella bracelets are available in two different lengths:
16.0 cm with 1.0 cm extension chain and
17.0 cm with 2.0 cm extension chain

The Amy bracelets are currently available in 17.0 cm and 18.0 cm. If you would like a different length, please write to us.
We would be happy to have the bracelet made for you in your desired length.

As soon as you have completed the order, you will receive an email with our bank details.

We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. The goods are delivered domestically
(Germany) within 3 – 5 days, for international deliveries within 5 – 7 days
Conclusion of contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

We work exclusively with DHL and UPS.

We offer delivery throughout Germany for an amount of €3.99.
We ship orders with a value of €99.00 or more free of charge.

As soon as your delivery leaves our premises, you will receive a tracking link by email.
This way you can easily track your package.

If you return items and want to exercise your right of cancellation, you can cancel the contract within fourteen days of receiving the goods and send the item back to us. You can find further information about this under revocation .

Important instructions

The items must be unworn and in perfect condition.
Please make sure to put the jewelry into the space provided in the padding.
Please send the jewelry back to us in the original packaging with all packaging components. If these have been disposed of, we ask that you use suitable packaging that guarantees protection against transport damage.

The return shipping costs must be borne by the customer in the event of a cancellation.
If the jewelry is damaged upon arrival, we will of course cover the return shipping costs and send you new products after receiving the damaged jewelry.
